£25,000 - depending on experience
Our client based in Bromley is looking for an experienced Property Manager. You must have property management experience and be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements. A good knowledge of the property market, industry and local area is essential, along with the following:-
Duties will include:
Collecting rental payments from tenants on behalf of the landlords
Building new and developing current relationships with landlords
Dealing with start to end of tenancy procedures
Managing property repairs, insurance claims
Resolving issues raised by landlords and tenants
Having an understanding of tenancy agreements, notices etc
Registration of Tenants deposits and negotiation of deposit returns
Client accounting
Referencing potential Tenants
Dealing with renewals
Requirements:
Ability to demonstrate initiative
Excellent telephone manner
Strong time management skills
Ability to problem solve
Professional approach to customer services
UK driving licence
