£14,000 - £18,000 + Commission (OTE £30k)
Our Client is seeking a full time Sales Negotiator for their busy and successful branch. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and telephone manner, be well presented, highly organised and flexible in their working approach. At least 6 months previous experience in an estate agency environment is essential. This role involves working 5 and a half days per week.
A proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets along with a full, clean UK driving licence are required. Local market knowledge is beneficial.
Other duties to include:
Liaising with vendors, purchasers, related solicitors and associated estate agents
Maintaining applicant database
Negotiating offers
Co-ordinating sales to completion
Conduct effective accompanied viewings
You will be:
Confident and outgoing
Proven track record in a sales environment
Have some knowledge of the Property Market
Punctual and well presented
Motivated and target driven
Excellent communication skills/ Articulate
Full UK Driving Licence
