Salary £12,000 - £16,000 plus commission
Our client are an extremely well established residential Sales, Lettings and Property Management based in Rickmansworth.
They are looking for an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their office. As a Senior Lettings Negotiator, you will establish relationships with both landlords and tenants, match tenants' requirements with available properties, conduct viewings and ultimately complete the lettings process from start to finish.
Duties to include:
Managing customerenquiries
Registering applicants andlandlords
Tobeawareofalllettingsstockonthemarketandprovidegoodknowledgeoneach
Managethedatabaseandkeepuptodateonaweeklybasis.
Inlinewithmanagingthedatabase,youwillbeexpectedtodiscusswithapplicants’potential
properties coming to market.
Bookingandcarryingoutviewingsandensuringwegetfeedbackfromtheprospectivetenants
Deal with offers and feedback and discuss withLandlords
Haveacompetentlevelofadministrationskills,inordertohelpwithdaytodayjobs.
Haveknowledgeofcanvassingandtakenoteofpotentialpropertiestotout
BeabletoprovideallnecessaryinformationtoapotentialLandlordofallthreeserviceswe offerandhighlightingthemainpointsastowhyaLandlordshouldchooseus.
MeetwiththeLettingsManageronaweeklybasistodiscussfeedbackandstock
To discuss targets on a monthly basis with the Lettingsmanager.
TherewillalsobetimeswheretheLettingsManagerwillneedhelpwiththepropertymanagementarea of the business and this will entail thefollowing:
Allmanagementrelatedtasks–BookinganyworksordersthroughCRMsystemandthen emailing across to our preferredcontractors
Contracts & Renewals
Managementvisitswhichtakeplaceevery3monthsafteramanagedtenancystarts.
Future expectations:
To carry out marketappraisals.
Provide ideas to the team on winning newbusiness
WorkwiththeLettingsmanagerbystrategyplanningforagriculturalgrowth–approaching smallbusinesses.
You will be expected to pass your Level 3 Property markqualifications
