If you can motivate and develop a successful team, you are the perfect person for us. As a Lettings Manager you will need outstanding communication and leadership skills. You will be an expert at rapport building, command trust, inspire confidence and have the natural ability to identify new business opportunities. If you have energy, integrity and a great track record in the property industry then we would love to hear from you.
The successful candidate will have solid valuing experience, evidence of bankings and have managed a successful, large and busy team. Area knowledge is also a necessity as is evidence of being able to generate a large amount of new business.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
The ability to negotiate
Sound business ethics
Tenacity and be a self-starter
The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
