Basic Salary £15,000 plus commission OTE £27,000
We have a great position for an established company of 15 years dealing in residential sales, lettings and management based in Haringey, North London. This is a rapidly growing company with plenty of opportunities for ambitious candidates.
You will be an experienced Lettings Negotiator who is confident building relationships with clients, helping landlords let their property and tenants to find a new home.
Duties including:
Responding to leads
Taking on new instructions
Valuing property for landlords
Handling the negotiation and offers between the landlord and tenant
Compiling property descriptions to load to our website.
Showing property with potential tenants
Answering general queries from landlords and tenants
Coordination of agreements, tenancy and legal paperwork.
Moving In process for tenants
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Consistently looking for new ways and ideas to improve service levels.
Requirements:
Full clean manual driving licence.
Good spoken and written English
Flexibility.
Good computer and keyboard skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service.
