If you are an experienced and motivated Lettings Manager this is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded independent Estate Agent in the North London area. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in the residential property industry who consistently push themselves to be the best and succeed.
This is a great opportunity for a new challenge or for an experienced Assistant Lettings Manager looking for the next step.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the day to day running of the office
Generating new business
Valuations and listing
New tenancy set ups
Liaising with landlords & tenants
Carrying out morning meetings and team reviews
Ideally be ARLA qualified
Have a full UK driving licence
