Our Client is seeking an ambitious Lettings Negotiator to join their team.
The successful candidate will have experience in residential Lettings or a similar selling background, with a proven track record of successfully hitting targets.
We are looking for candidates who are confident working alone as well as be part of a team and you really must have an innate willingness to go the extra mile.
To be considered for this role, applicants will have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills Smart appearance
Experience of working with the Reapit
A good understanding of Estate Agency
Excellent negotiating skills
Excellent Presentation
Experience creating floorplans using systems such as Reapit would also be helpful.
A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.
Be confident in working alone as well as part of a team
Have an innate willingness to go the extra mile.
Duties will include:
Registering applicants details & requirements using our clients property software and keep in regular contact with them
Arrange and conduct viewings with prospective buyers/tenants
Answer telephone and email enquiries
Commission professional photography/floor plans as directed
Assist with mail shots & marketing
Monitor and maintain up to date property availability for both sales and rental on the company website and all websites that we subscribe to.
Register new tenancies and sales on our software system.
Update and maintain files ensuring that our terms of business, tenancy agreements etc are present and correct.
