Our client are a market leading independent agency are looking to expand their team and appoint an experienced, motivated ASSISTANT BRANCH MANAGER to work with the Sales & Lettings team and support the Sales & Lettings Director. This role is exciting and varied, and requires an individual who is enthusiastic, professional and can demonstrate exceptional customer service. You will have proven skills in managing, leading and mentoring a team, with a track record that shows ability to generate new business.
Main duties & Responsibilities:
Qualifying&respondingtoleads.Arrange&manageviewings.
Confidentlyhandlenegotiations&offersbetweenlandlord/tenantorvendor/purchaser.
Maintain&drivesalesprogressionuntilcompletion.
Achieve monthlytargets.
Ensuringcompliancewithrelevantlegislation.
Keepaccuratefilesnotes,handlequeries&consistentlyupdatedatabaserelatingtothewhole propertyprocessusingVebraAlto.
Developmarketingideasviadifferingmedia.
Conductvaluations,writeups,photography,plans
SupporttheteamandtheSales&LettingsDirectortoachievetargetsandbusinessobjectives.
In addition to a passion for property & people, the successful applicant must have:-
Previousexperienceinestateagency&betargetdriven.
Strongworkethicwithabilitytomultitask&workwithoutsupervision.
Confidenttelephonemanner&computerliterate.
Abilitytonegotiate&problemsolvewhilstdeliveringcustomerserviceexcellence.
Clear,conciseverbal&writtencommunicationskillswithaccuracy&attentiontodetail.
Full UK drivinglicence.
Preferablyknowledgeofthelocalarea(Merton&WandsworthBoroughs).
