£25,000 - £32,000.
Our Client based in Hampstead is looking for a creative Marketing and Communications Executive to join a friendly in-house marketing team at one of London's oldest independent estate agents, situated in Hampstead, London (Northern line).
The right candidate should have a love for London life and already have some experience working in the UK property industry or a real passion for property/architecture and have good writing skills.
The successful applicant will be a highly organised individual with a keen eye for detail and continuity. The ability to multi-task and work on few projects simultaneously and stick to agreed deadlines is essential. Someone self-motivated and able to stay engaged with each project.
The position is a varied post. Reporting to the Head of Marketing you will be responsible for but not limited to:
Planning website updates, generating content and editing existing content in accordance with our content calendar, house style guide and brand guidelines
Checking property portal content
Co-ordinating and writing third party content
Preparing and writing property investor factsheets, liaising with designers
Assisting with content provision for international micro-sites and WeChat marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and deliver new business leads
Assistance with Google products and Facebook ad campaigns where needed
Assistance with Blog preparation for website and e-newsletters and other topical articles when required
Contributing to content planning for blogs and email newsletters
Assist with content/resources for PR and social media
Help with preparing visual aids for conferences including scripts and slides
Log-keeping, liaising with third party agencies, branch staff and web team
Key skills:
Educated to degree level (marketing)
A minimum two years’ experience either working in content writing/editing (preferably in a property setting
Good grammar and writing skills, with the ability to write quickly and clearly
Proactive, organised and able to prioritise workload
Excellent attention to detail and able to spot errors quickly!
Be able to write well-structured content with SEO in mind
Able to communicate simply and cross-culturally, both written and oral
Good listening skills
Proficient with WordPress CMS, MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word),
Photoshop, Google sheets
Ability to work across multiple projects with good cheer
Flexible and able to react quickly to urgent requests
Good team skills and a confident communicator
A mature, can-do attitude as we work in a small team environment.
