Our client is a successful independent London Agent who are looking for a Property Manager for their Hoddesdon branch. The successful candidate will be responsible for a portfolio of properties, therefore they must be able to manage their own workload, keep on top of any issues and prioritise jobs as necessary.
As the Property Manager your duties will include:
First point of contact for Landlord & Tenants
Organizing property maintenance
Submitting deposits
Check in & out appointments
Inspections & inventories
Tenancy renewals
Gas safety renewals / EPC's
Chasing rent arrears
Section 21's
The successful candidate will have the following experience;
Minimum of 2 years within Property Management
Excellent communication skills
Good knowledge of lettings legislation
Ability to work to deadlines
Professional and presentable
Computer literate
Driving licence and own vehicle
