£19,000 - £23,000 + Commission + Company Car or car Allowance
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator to join our Client in Watford. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in the residential property industry who consistently push themselves to be the best and succeed.
A proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets is required. Local market knowledge is beneficial but not essential
Responsibilities involve all aspects of property sales, dealing with enquiries, arranging viewing, valuation and mortgage appointments, negotiating sales and following themthrough to completion.
Previous Estate Agency experience is essential along with good local knowledge and the ability to maximise on all potential business opportunities.
To be considered:
Experience in valuations and listing
Conducting viewings
Dealing with Offers and Sales Progression
Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
Full UK driving licence
