A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Progressor to join our clients Greenwich Office. The selected candidate will be handling the deals generated by the Lettings team. You will be a bright and energetic individual with a good understanding of general administration and property management as well as having an excellent telephone manner and organisation skills.
Duties will include:
Sending out new instruction packs
Dealing with references,
Tenancy agreements,
Liaising with landlords and tenants,
Booking inventories,
Candidate must be/have:
Well presented and have excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail
Great understanding of the lettings industry
Confident and articulate
Able to work on own initiative
Reliable and trustworthy
