£16,000 - £18,000 plus bonus
Monday to Friday 9am -5.30pm
Every other Saturday 9 am to 3pm
Our Client a successful independent Agent is looking for a Junior Property Manager to join their Arrears department in Cheshunt. You must be enthusiastic and responsible with property management experience, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements. A solid property background is essential, you will have good knowledge of the property industry and a good knowledge of the area, along with the following:-
Ability to demonstrate initiative
Excellent telephone manner
Strong time management skills
Ability to problem solve
Professional approach to customer services
Full Driving licence and own transport
