Salary: £25,000
Our client is an independent property services provider in South East London. Over time they have evolved from traditional high street estate agents to innovative and forward thinking property agents. They are looking for a property Manager with previous property experience.
Typical duties will include:
Managing portfolio of 400 properties and organising maintenance works, liaising with landlords on costs and quotes, to include block management
Organising contractors and the payment of suppliers
Negotiating renewals and preparing further paperwork
Carrying out property inspections
Logging property records/applicant records, managing and updating software data
Dealing with terminations and deposit releases
Preparing and supplying basic landlords’ accounts
Reporting to manager and director
Skills Required:
At least one year experience in a similar role
Advanced IT skills (Words, Excel, MS Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Full clean driving licence,
