Salary: £23,000
Hours: 9.00a.m to 6p.m – Monday to Friday – Saturdays 10a.m – 2p.m
Our High end client based in NW London is seeking for a strong Property Management Administrator to join one of their busy teams. The role will involve working alternate Saturdays from 10am until 2.00pm.
The individual we are looking for needs to be exceptionally organised, motivated, able to work under pressure and use own initiative, have extremely good telephone manner, excellent IT skills including knowledge of Microsoft word, excel and outlook, good communicative skills, hard working and its imperative that they are a team player.
About the role:
To assist 3 property managers on a day to day basis, answering & making telephone calls, taking messages
Typing of letters for end of tenancies and arranging of utilities
Assisting with the gas safety system, arranging gas safety’s due – Monthly
Chasing gas safety certificates and sending copies to Landlords & Tenants
Dealing with rent collection & arrears, printing off daily reports and chasing any outstanding rents either by writing letters or telephone
Deposit Releases for Let Only and Rent Collection properties – Ensuring that the correct reminders are logged in outlook and that the guidelines stipulated by the Tenancy Deposit Scheme are followed and adhered to both in relation to our responsibilities and obligations as the Member of the Scheme as well as the landlords in terms of a fair deposit release.
Chasing utility details and contractor details to include contractors insurance and accreditation documents
Liaising with accounts department
Maintaining key system, including daily checks and signing keys in and out to contractors
Dealing with tenants and landlords on maintenance and repair issues
Reporting to landlords with regards to maintenance and repair issues
Liaising with contractors to arrange appointments for repair and maintenance issues
Daily Post and Internal Post
General administrative duties including filing, archiving, recycling
