Working Hours Monday – Friday 9am – 6pm
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Manager to join our Clients busy Fulham office. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in the residential property management. The successful candidate will work within the Property Management team managing a portfolio of 150 properties between two property managers whilst delivering excellent customer service.
Duties will include:
Collecting rental payments from tenants on behalf of the landlords
Building new and developing current relationships with landlords
Dealing with start to end of tenancy procedures
Managing property repairs, insurance claims
Resolving issues raised by landlords and tenants
Having an understanding of tenancy agreements, notices etc
Registration of Tenants deposits and negotiation of deposit returns
Client accounting
Referencing potential Tenants
Dealing with renewals
Requirements:
Ability to demonstrate initiative
Excellent telephone manner
Strong time management skills
Ability to problem solve
Professional approach to customer services
