£20,000 - £25,000 Commission (£45k OTE) + Company Car
My client, a large independent estate agent with branches across London specialising in property sales, lettings, mortgages and financial services. They are looking for an experienced Sales Negotiator. The ideal candidate must be driven and confident, with a proven track record of working to targets.
They are looking to appoint a driven, motivated and tenacious Sales Negotiator who has proven success in Residential Sales, to join their Hammersmithteam. The Ideal candidates will be well presented and have strong communication and time management skills. Good local area knowledge is essential.
Duties will include:
Winning listings and gaining new instructions for properties to market
(so you must be able to drive)
Working towards set targets
Assisting the Branch Manager
Generating sales leads for property viewings, mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuations
Maintaining regular contact with clients via telephone, email or face to face
