£18,000 + Commission (OTE £50K) Car Allowance
Our client is a market leading Estate Agent in South West London. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales & Lettings Negotiator to join their busy office. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in the residential property industry who consistently push themselves to be the best and succeed.
Day-to-day duties include:
Getting to know the local properties for sale and to let
Offering services to landlords & vendors
Developing leads into viewings/instructions
Carrying out viewings
Business development from customers you deal with as well as targeting other properties on the market
Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements
Arranging and conducting viewings for property for Sale and to let
Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback
Negotiating offers
Diary management
Meeting with clients face-to-face to discuss requirements
Knowledge of Reapit software would be an advantage but not essential
A proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets, local market knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
