We are seeking a Senior Lettings Negotiator for an Estate Agency based in Finchley. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-regarded independent Estate Agent in the North London area. The individual we are looking for needs to be very organised, motivated and able to work under pressure when the need arises plus the following:-
Duties will include:
Key Skills:
Previous experience in Lettings
A proven track record in driving business levels forward, canvassing, valuing and letting properties and generating new business
Enthusiastic and willing to work hard to achieve results
Able to work under pressure
Arrange viewings and accompany potential tenants to view properties
Respond to enquiries from potential tenants and landlords
Liaise with solicitors, landlords and tenants
Valuations
Promote company brand to gain further instructions
To be considered for this role, applicants will have:

Ability to demonstrate initiative
Local area knowledge
