9am - 1pm Monday to Friday
My Client is looking for a Part Time Sales Progressor who will take full responsibility for the running sales from point of sale to satisfactory completion. This is a great opportunity to join this established independent Estate Agency part time with great working hours.
Job Specification:
Working alongside the Sales Negotiators and Sales Manager you will be Sales Progressing all agreed sales through to a satisfactory exchange of contracts and subsequent completion.
This role heavily involves telephone liaison, email correspondence and administration, as you will be dealing with Solicitors, Surveyors, Mortgage Lenders, Estate Agents, Home Buyers and Vendors.
Chasing the progression from each party, making sure the correct documentation and contracts are in place.
You will also be responsible for ensuring that we are compliant with current money laundering regulations for Buyers and Vendors
Experience is preferable but not essential.

Remuneration:
£15,000 salary working Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm, the successful candidate will be based in Greenwich and on occasion may have to travel to the Croydon office.
