Salary £18k (OTE£50k)
Our client is looking for an outgoing and hardworking individual to join their expanding team! This is an exciting opportunity for the right candidate who is willing to become part of a dedicated team. They pride themselves on customer service and ensuring their customers ALWAYS receive a first class service.
As a Lettings Consultant, you will be responsible for:
· Above all, delivering first-class customer service to our landlords and tenants
· Registering applicants
· Conducting property viewings
· Negotiating offers between landlords and prospective tenants
· Facilitating the transition of prospective tenants to the compliance team for referencing
· Coordinating flat preparation prior to scheduled move-ins
· Prompt, professional, and proactive communication with all clients
· Detailed record-keeping with our CRM software
The Candidate
Essential:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Ability to work effectively within a team
· Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
· Full, clean driving licence
Desirable:
· Good knowledge of the lettings process and current industry laws and regulations
· Willingness to participate in further professional training
· Self-motivated and ambitious
