Working with our client is a fun, exciting and altogether different experience. They offer the best technology on the market, cool office, together with ground breaking property marketing ideas and as part of their team, they will expect you to get involved!
Essentially we are looking for a brilliant people to lead and inspire from the front. We have one office in Streatham and plan to open two further offices in the near future. Every recruit is a very important one for us, so only the best need apply - and for those that succeed, there are no limits to progress.
The role is varied and requires flexibility, but here is a flavour of the day-to-day duties:
Business development
Requires extensive knowledge of local properties For Sale and To Let
Making property owners & sellers aware of Marlowe
Offering our services to landlords & vendors
Developing these leads into viewing/instructions
Talking to purchasers and understanding their requirements
Arranging and conducting viewings for property For Sale and To Let
Encouraging viewers to offer candid feedback
Negotiating offers
Diary management
Meeting with clients face-to- face to discuss requirements
Requirements:
You have to be cool, modern and someone who is up to date on current affairs and trends
Highly organised
Engaging social skills
Impeccably presented, in a cool way (no suits please!)
