My client, a large independent estate agent with branches across London specialising in property sales, lettings, mortgages and financial services. They are looking for an experienced Lettings Negotiator. The ideal candidate must be driven and confident, with a proven track record of working to targets.
They are looking to appoint a driven, motivated and tenacious Lettings Negotiator who has proven success in Residential Lettings, to join their Earls Court team. The Ideal candidates will be well presented and have strong communication and time management skills. Good local area knowledge is essential.
For you the opportunity is going to be to build on your current experience in an organisation that is continuing to perform. It’s likely your new role will have been created by a recent promotion, something that you will be aiming to achieve, based on your success.
For this role we’d like to talk to experienced negotiators who can demonstrate:
A track record in letting property in the local area or an alternative similar location
Outstanding communications skills in person and in writing; you are going to be a brand ambassador with customers and you’ll need to be able to quickly build good relationships. Your CV and application will reflect your written skills
A consistent sales record demonstrating that you are capable of building and sustaining sales pipelines over time
A shared focus on delivering a high quality customer service oriented deals with an ethical approach to business
