Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm
Our Client is a well established Estate Agent based in Finchley with an enviable reputation. They are looking for a Commercial Negotiator to join their expanding business.
As a Commercial Negotiator, you will be responsible for Sales and Lettings deals, scheduling and leading viewing, negotiating between vendor and buyer in order to reach an agreement, as well as progressing the deal until the exchange. You will also be taking part in prospecting on a regular basis and supporting other members of staff.
Requirements:
Proven 3 years’ experience in a sales position
Experience in a Commercial Negotiator role a benefit
Self-driven with a can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills – Verbal and Written
Ability to confidently persuade and influence others
Well organised
Full driving license
