£23,000 - £25,000
Monday – Friday 9am - 6pm
Duties:
General Office administration providing support to the Lettings team.
Complete referencing, landlord terms, tenant terms, process the tenancy agreement, prior to move in. There is a clear process to follow and you will receive the proper training on the system we use.
You would need to liaise with tenants/landlords so excellent telephone manner is key
Essential:
Experience using Property Software
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively by telephone, email and in person with a wide range of people
Effective time management and organisational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Work proactively as a member of a small, busy team.
Attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.
Willingness to learn
Excellent IT skills, including the effective use of all MS Office software
