- Branch Administrator – Winchmore Hill
Salary: £22,000 pa Plus end of year bonus which is expected to be £1,000-£1500
Monday - Friday 9am-6pm.
Our client is looking for Branch Administrator for their branch in Winchmore Hill. In addition to the usual sales & lettings administration duties you will be required to keep property details up to date, coordinate advertising and greet Clients on arrival to the Branch. You will also be required to handle all aspects of tenancy renewals so previous administration experience within Estate Agency is essential. Candidates should also possess excellent communication typing and organisational skills.
You will be:
Confident and outgoing
Punctual and well presented.
Motivated and target driven.
Excellent communication skills/ Articulate
2+ years’ experience in lettings.
Use of CFP and/or Dezrez is preferable.
