- New Homes Sales Consultant – Hertford
Basic Salary up to £20,000 plus commission (£40k OTE)
Monday – Saturday 9am – 5pm with a day off in the week.
Our client currently has a vacancy for dynamic and pro-active Sales Negotiator working on a New Homes Development.
Reporting to the New Homes Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be expected to deliver sales on our clients` development with the core responsibility being to identify and maximise all new homes sales opportunities and work collaboratively to ensure all budgeted sales figures are met.
New Homes understanding and experience is preferred, ideally with familiarity of the local market, including new homes awareness, Business to Business experience/exposure and a strong customer focussed approach.
This is a wonderful opportunity for negotiators with an interest in developing their career within the New Homes market.
The role will require you to;
Drive sales and meet the sales targets
Work on-site selling off plan property
To report to the New Homes Sales Manager
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients
The candidate requirements are as follows;
Proven track record in sales, new homes would be ideal
Well-presented
Excellent time management
In addition to a proven track record in sales, key skills should include influencing and selling, planning and organisation with capacity to manage volume tasks, IT literacy, great communications skills and the ability to think `outside of the box` to deliver results.
