Working hours: Monday-Friday 9.00AM – 5.30PM
Our Client is looking for a Property Manager for their Bow branch. You must be enthusiastic and responsible with at least 3 years property management experience, It is essential that candidates are able to demonstrate their ability to work in a face paced property management environment.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Managing a portfolio of around 90 properties
Logging repairs / reporting/ progressing until complete
Liaison with landlords, tenants, contractors
Safety Compliance ie Gas Safety, Electrical Testing, EPC etc
Making Property Licence applications to relevant councils
Processing invoices
Tenancy Renewal
Updating and Ending Deposit with TDS
Rent arrears
Property inspections
Serving Section 8 and 21 Notices
Dealing with inventory and check outs
Overseeing new deal letting progression
Stationary Ordering
Record Keeping
Letting Team Support
Sending move in documents etc to new tenants
We need you to be:
Experienced in property management or estate agency
Able to communicate effectively and professionally with clients and colleagues both verbally and in written form
Highly organised, with efficient time management and the ability to prioritise work load
IT Literate
Have a bright enthusiastic personality, a “can do” attitude with a good sense of humour
