Salary £16k - £19k plus commission (OTE £35k)
Our client is a young vibrant agency with a modern and dynamic approach to business. This together with their industry experience they offer a great opportunity for an ambitious Negotiator.
Ideal candidates will have a year or two of experience within the property industry. This is a great opportunity to progress in a lettings career as this company will encourage you over time to take on more responsibilities including Valuations, chasing landlords, taking on new properties.
Duties will include:
Deal with new enquiries, register tenants, organise appointments.
Show the properties, chase tenants for feedback.
Negotiate offers.
Organise the moving-in process: references, contract, moving-in money, gas safety, inventory, etc.
Provide a feedback to all landlords a weekly basis.
Keep the database up-to-date and chase tenants register to ensure they are registered correctly and are still looking.
Working Hours : 08.30-18.30 Monday to Thursday, 08.30-18:00 Friday
10:00-12:00 Saturday
One morning off in the week Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday (start work at 1pm)
