£25,000 + Com OTE £50k + Company Car or Car Allowance
Monday to Friday – 08.30 – 17.30 (some flexibility necessary at times)
Our client is the largest independent estate agency group in the south east of England. This is a great opportunity to join this established and successful business and who are expanding their Compliance team in Rochford and are seeking a candidate to fit into their small and friendly team.
Key responsibilities would be:
Keeping abreast of new and amended industry related laws and regulations
Helping to create and update compliance policies and procedures
Overseeing and monitoring staff compliance with the above
Working with area and department heads to maintain and improve standards when required
Assisting the Compliance & Protocol Director as necessary
Necessary skills:
Self-motivated, focused and energetic
Able to sustain long periods of concentration to digest complicated and lengthy laws and regulations and interpret them into user friendly policies
Analyse problems and suggest practical solutions marrying our compliance and commercial needs
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise projects and workload
High standard of quality control and accurate proof reading skills
Willing to embrace feedback and coaching to assist in career progression
