£20K - £22.5k plus commission & Pool Car
Working Hour: 8:45am – 6pm Monday to Friday with Alternate Saturdays 9am – 4pm
Our Client based in Holloway is a rapidly expanding Estate Agency. They are looking for a Senior Lettings Negotiator to join their busy team.
Applicants will have excellent negotiation skills, be articulate, well presented and keen to further their career with a leading company.
To be considered for this role, applicants will have:
Good IT skills
Smart appearance
Organised
Interpersonal
Customer Service skills
Ability to demonstrate initiative
A proven track record in lettings and winning instructions
Local area knowledge
A full driving licence
A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.
