£20,000 + Commission 40k OTE + Car Allowance
5 day working week with Saturdays worked on a rota basis
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our Client in Southgate. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in the residential property industry who consistently push themselves to be the best and succeed.
A proven ability of meeting and exceeding targets is required. Responsibilities involve all aspects of property sales, with an element of lettings dealing with enquiries, arranging viewing, valuation and mortgage appointments, negotiating sales and following themthrough to completion.
To be considered:
Experience in valuations and listing
Conducting viewings
Dealing with Offers and Sales Progression
Meeting and exceeding weekly, monthly and annual targets
Full UK driving licence
