£18,000 - £24,000
Hours: 9am to 6pm Monday – Friday
(Working every other Saturday 9am till 5pm with a day off in the week in lieu)
My client is a great independent Estate Agents with two office. They are currently looking for an experienced and ambitious Lettings Administrator to join their Hainault office.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:-
Prepare tenancy agreements.
Complete referencing process.
Liaise with tenants and landlords.
Effectively manage the office diary system.
Arrange inventories, gas safety certificates, keys, electric checks EPC.
Handle all enquiries and record new tenant applications.
Assist with the management of the office accounting system.
Update website of property details
The right person:
Must be well educated with experience working in Property
Must be able to demonstrate high attention to detail, highly organised and ambitious.
Must be punctual and very well organised.
Excellent telephone manner
Ideally you will be Arla qualified
Knowledge of working on CFP System is desirable but not essential
