We are currently looking for an experienced lettings negotiator to join my client who is a dynamic independent Estate & Lettings agent in Canary Wharf. They are looking for candidates with extensive local area and market knowledge. If you are passionate about properties and pride yourself on your professional expertise, we would love to hear from you.
Duties including:
Responding to leads
Taking on new instructions
Valuing property for landlords
Handling the negotiation and offers between the landlord and tenant
Compiling property descriptions to load to our website.
Showing property with potential tenants
Answering general queries from landlords and tenants
Coordination of agreements, tenancy and legal paperwork.
Moving In process for tenants
Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.
Consistently looking for new ways and ideas to improve service levels.
Requirements:
Full clean manual driving licence.
Good spoken and written English
Flexibility.
Good computer and keyboard skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent customer service.
