We are currently searching for a dynamic, results orientated and determined Sales & Lettings Manager, to lead a successful team, for a successful estate agency, based in Tottenham.
The successful applicant will be:
Generating new business
Arranging and attending valuations
Winning instructions
Negotiating with vendors and buyers
Referring financial services and conveyancing leads
Leading a team of negotiators
Performing one to one's with negotiators
Setting targets
Setting and exceeding their own targets
Building and growing the team
