Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am – 6pm.
Our Client a successful Estate Agent is looking for a Sales Progressor to work out of either Benfleet or Bow. You must be enthusiastic and responsible with Sales progression experience, you must be able to demonstrate a track record of your achievements. We are looking for a highly organised and hard working individual. Your main role will be to coordinate the exchange and completion of a number of properties within the required timeframe so you will need to be highly organised and work well under pressure.
You will be responsible for liaising with buyers, vendors, solicitors and mortgage brokers so strong customer service skills and excellent communication skills both verbal and written are essential.
The successful candidate should also have excellent negotiating skills and able to build strong relationship with clients. Experience in the Property industry is a must preferably in a Sales or sales progression role.
Strong administration skills are also required for this interesting and varied role.
