Hours are Thursday to Monday 10- 4pm.
Salary £20k - £24k pro rata basic + commission
Our client, an award winning property company based in Hertfordshire are looking for a New Homes Sales Advisor for this varied and interesting role.
As a New homes sales Advisor you will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service to both potential clients and developers.
Liaising with visitors and negotiating sales
Dealing with agents, solicitors and Mortgage brokers
Experience of Help to Buy desirable
Sales progression, Record keeping, IT skills, Market research
