Our client is looking for an experienced Property Manager to manage a portfolio of properties based in their busy management office in Marylebone. The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience in property management. You will be the contact for both landlord and tenants offering advice on all financial, rental and legal matters alongside organising any necessary maintenance projects.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:-
Looking after all properties within the portfolio covering all aspects of landlord and tenant management including
Minor repairs,
Major refurbishments,
Insurance claims,
Property visits,
Inspections etc.
Arranging mandatory safety checks,
Booking pre tenancy works,
Drawing up tenancy agreements,
Negotiating,
Complaint handling
The right candidate must be:-
Well organized
An excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage your time effectively and prioritise duties,
Have strong communication skills,
Well presented
Ability to work on your own initiative
Experience of supporting a fast paced team.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential
Problem solving
Knowledge of lettings legislation essential
Understanding of the CFP Winman system would be preferable.
ARLA qualified would be an advantage.
