Salary: £16k - £18k (£30,000 OTE First Year)
Our client is a highly sought-after Estate Agent offering a great opportunity for an experienced Lettings Negotiator. This is a great opportunity to work for this established estate agent who offer excellent training, progression and pay packages.
THE ROLE
As a Lettings Negotiator you will source and see business through to completion.
DUTIES
Sourcing out new business and seeing business through to completion
Working to financial, individual and team targets
Increasing the company turnover
Opening and developing professional relationships with clients and colleagues
Canvassing and marketing
Completing necessary paperwork to finalise deals
Negotiating terms
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Ambitious individual looking to make their first career step
Pro-active, flexible and confident
Excellent sales ability
Self-motivating
A full, valid UK or EU driving license and eligibility to work in the UK is essential for the role
