Basic Salary £17,000 (OTE £25k)
This is a fabulous position with a leading estate agents, to join the current very successful team where you can expect to benefit from the companies award winning training from the start to support you through every step of your career.
The successful candidate should consider themselves to be enthusiastic, forward thinking and self motivated your duties will include but may not be limited too;
Helping all of the companies customers make their dream move and ensuring the process runs as smoothly as possible
Generating sales leads for an array of important business opportunities to include property viewings, mortgage advice, conveyancing, new homes, lettings and property valuations
Ensuring to keep in regular contact with clients via all forms of communication to ensure clients receive the best possible customer service and remain loyal to the company
Working towards set targets
We need you to be:
A professional, organised approach to tasks with a great work ethic
The ability to work well independently and within a team to enjoy healthy and fun competition with your colleagues
Previous experience within an estate and lettings agency of 2 years minimum
Willingness to learn and develop skills to enhance your career
