Basic £25,000 - £30,000, Plus Com OTE £35,000 + additional perks.
The department is open 9am – 9pm and all Property Support Executives work on the following 3 shift rota basis:
9am - 5pm
11am - 7pm
Saturday s are 9:30am – 5pm - 1 in 3 with a day off in lieu day during the week
Based in a newly refurbished offices in Watford, Hertfordshire you will be working within a support team covering specific regions of the UK.
Our client is a Prop Tech specialist looking for Support Executives (client services) with a passion for top customer service to support their property agents and offer the best customer experience within the property sector. The Role:
Working with designated property agents assisting them run their territories
Maintaining a strong working relationship with the agents to ensure clear communication and excellent quality of record taking on valuation booking at all times
Detailed and accurate registration and qualification of vendors
Concise diary management when booking valuations
Proactively involved in contacting clients to nurture relationships, provide support and information, ensuring a smooth process from instruction to completion of sale
Be an ambassador for cross selling additional products and services e.g. conveyancing, mortgages and viewings.
To be actively engaged with market activity in the patches you will be supporting, providing first hand knowledge of location and area information eg prices that nearby properties have sold for etc.
Follow up with clients to rebook valuations which have been cancelled or yet to be confirmed. Deliver weekly review calls with Sellers ensuring discussing viewing feedback and offering top tips to get their property sold.
The Essential must haves:
A background in Estate Agency, residential sales or lettings, Property Management or Conveyancing is A MUST.
Confident and professional telephone manner
Excellent attention to detail
Strong time management skills
A passion for customer care
Negotiating and influencing skills
Proven track record of a diligent approach to all work duties
An understanding of how properties are valued and the sales process.
