Up to £20,000 + Com OTE £36k + Car Allowance
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.45am - 6.pm
And Saturdays 9.30am – 4.30pm on a three week rolling rota.
Our client has been established well over 20 years and pride themselves on offering a special service to their customers and really want to stand out from the crowd. Ensuring they give both Clients and Customers the very best level of service and professionalism. They need a Lettings Negotiator for their successful TwickenhamBranch.
The role will include the following:
Accompany viewings with prospective tenants
Dealing with telephone and email enquiries from prospective tenants
Registering enquiries and arranging appointments
Following up enquiries
Co-ordinating move-ins
Processing payments (deposits + first month’s rent etc)
Occasional property inspections when required
Working as part of the Lettings team
Looking to have a career progression
Any other duties as deemed necessary to assist the team
As a team player, you’ll need the following skills and experience:
Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
A passion for London property and people
Knowledge of London area
The ability to negotiate
Sound business ethics
Tenacity and be a self-starter
The ability to build and nurture trusted relationships at all levels
Money driven
