This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated candidate to join an already successful office.
The ideal candidate must:
Have a stable career history within estate agency
Be confident valuers/ listers, with a strong instruction ratio
Be confident hitting and exceeding sales targets
Be well presented and excellent communicators
Have an outgoing, vibrant personality and strong man management skills
Have a strong work ethic
Have a competitive desire to succeed
Daily Tasks:
Provide constant mentoring to negotiators to effectively carry out their duties
Ensure that callout/viewing/sales targets are being met on a daily/weekly basis
Monitor stock list to ensure all photos, floor plans, descriptions, prices etc are up to date and show the property at its best (and legally correct)
Ensure that all negotiators are making notes and recording important information on database
Work with the valuer to make sure all terms and money laundering docs are on file
Proactively providing feedback and market commentary to vendors to secure price reductions where required
Report figures to Area Manager on a weekly basis
Proactively solicit new business by various means i.e. maildrop, porters, canvassing etc
Manage office diary to ensure adequate sales cover at all times
Oversee smooth running of the branch alongside the Lettings Manager
