£15,000 - £18,000 + Commission + Car Allowance
Our client is a market leading Estate Agent in North London. An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join their busy Finchley office. We are looking for candidates with previous experience in the residential property industry who consistently push themselves to be the best and succeed.
To be considered for this role, applicants will have:
Good IT skills
Smart appearance
Organised
Interpersonal
Customer Service skills
Ability to demonstrate initiative
A proven track record in sales, winning instructions, meeting and exceeding targets
Local area knowledge
A full driving licence & own vehicle
A hard working and positive attitude is essential to this role.
Working Hours:
8.45am – 6.30pm Monday to Thursday with a 6pm finish on Friday. (5 ½ day working week)
Saturdays 8.45am – 4pm with Every third Saturday off.
