£21k + Commission
Hours: 5 day week Mon – Fri 10-7 and 9-5 every Saturday
Preferably someone with a bit of experience in the sector. Needs to be highly organised. Doesn’t need to drive.
A rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Progressor to join our clients Croydon Office. The selected candidate will be handling the deals generated by the Lettings team.
Duties will include:
Sending out new instruction packs
Dealing with references,
Tenancy agreements,
Liaising with landlords and tenants,
Booking inventories,
Contacting the tenant in regards to renewals
Candidate must be/have:
Well presented and have excellent communication skills
Great attention to detail
Great understanding of the lettings industry
Confident and articulate
Able to work on own initiative
Reliable and trustworthy
