Salary range: £18,000 - £27,000
We are looking to recruit a Property Maintenance Manager to work as part of an established company. This is an exciting opportunity for those looking to secure a career in the Property Sector working with friendly team for an established Residential Lettings business.
Duties
Overseeing all Landlord and Tenant enquiries relating to the maintenance works.
Go through maintenance issues on a daily basis and prioritise.
Managing the maintenance team along with a number of independent Contractors.
Preparing, issuing and managing the Tender process for contracted works.
Recording all activity and scheduled works onto the in-house system.
Landlord and Tenant liaison, ensuring high levels of customer service.
Being part of an enthusiastic and driven team, working towards common goals.
Calculate cost of checkouts in respect of damage and cleaning and communicate to former tenant and Accounts for return of deposit.
Visit properties if possible as soon as notice is given to assess and schedule any work required.
Co-ordinate repairs and cleaning for empty properties for re let.
Requirements
Flexible and hands on approach
Self-starter who can work on their own
Excellent time management skills
Ability to work fast under pressure to meet deadlines when required
