An opportunity has arisen for a Lettings Valuer to join thisaward winning lettings team. With their reputation for outstanding professionalism, they require an individual with a similar focus to join them and make the department even more successful. They are a looking for a proactive candidate to join a successful team and offer plenty of opportunity for progression.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Generating market appraisals
Converting market appraisals into instructions
Generating business through canvassing, mailshots and call outs
Speaking with current landlords and offering them assistance in purchasing additional investments to include sourcing properties, attending viewings, offering advice, valuations and rental yields
Self-generating your own leads, developing communication strategies, identifying new opportunities and responding in a timely manner to all leads and enquiries
Keeping a close eye on the local market and competitor activity
Essential Skills:
Lettings Valuation experience, a clear passion for property and a good knowledge of the local area
Strong negotiation skills
Ambitious and committed, with the drive to develop your skills and knowledge
Have a strong character that strives for excellence at all times
Be energetic, enthusiastic and tenacious
Extremely smart and well presented at all times, with excellent communication skills, time keeping and a high level of attention to detail
Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
