A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a motivated business development/ Lister / Lettings Negotiator in our independently owned property group based in the Docklands, E14.
This sis agreat opportunity to join this rapidly growing company which has been consistently doubling its portfolio over the last 3 years.
We are currently investing in a team of valuers / listers to continue a high positive growth in the current market.
The individual we are looking for, must have 1 year + experience and must be an expert in winning new lettings instructions. With excellent managerial skills you are a people person and will be leading a team of valuers / listers within 3-6 months.
With a proven track record of delivering amazing customer service. You will be valuing property and converting these valuations into instructions. Doing this in a competitive industry where every house is instructed on counts, you will make our offer and service compelling and deliver our fee target whilst driving the very best price for our customer’s property.
Every lead counts and your proactive work to win business is vital!
The individual must be able to:
Show great negotiation and closing skills by winning instructions
Instructions include for service: let, managed/ full managed and sales
Remain organised and motivated at all times
Achieve and effectively set realistic Short & Long term targets
Confidently Negotiate deals with developer’s / investments groups / corporate clients
