Our client is a large developer for new homes in London and invest in their staff creating a well-trained and motivated work force. An opportunity has arisen for a Property Manager to join this established office based in Southgate, North London.
As a Property Manager approximately 1200 units which will include leasehold and general needs homes. To assist you our specialist teams are on hand, however it will be your role to ensure they deliver for your customers every time and be the go to person on everything about your patch, we are therefore looking for people who are ready to make things happen! You will be expected to seek out solutions for all customers whatever their needs and will need to be able to think independently and creatively. We are looking for resilient people with energy and capability.
You should be able to show that you have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage a complex workload as well asbeing able to demonstrate a strong track record of providing excellent customer service with the ability to think on your feet and take responsibility and ownership for the schemes you will manage. The ability to monitor the financial costs of managing properties and scrutinise service charges would also be desirable.
It is also essential that you hold a current driving licence and have access to a car.
