Fixed term Contract (6 months)
£28,000 - £33000
Our client is a large developer for new homes in London and invest in their staff creating a well-trained and motivated work force. An opportunity has arisen for a Case Manager to join this established office based in Southgate, North London.
They are looking for a confident and focussed individual who is experienced in resolving complex issues. You will be managing queries and cases in relation to matters arising out of rights and obligations in a resident’s tenancy or lease.
Skills:
Outstanding Customer Service skills.
A positive and innovative approach.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Experience in dispute resolution
Smart and well presented, with excellent written communication skills
